​The Batangas Technopark in Padre Garcia is the fifth industrial estate by Ayala Land Logistics (ALLHC). Spanning 75.6 hectares (following its 2025 expansion), it is designed as a mixed-use industrial township that blends manufacturing with commercial and public amenities.
